Mortar Based Firestopper System
FIREX FM 71 Mortar is a cement-based fire-resistant filling system designed to provide up to 4 hours of fire protection for compartment walls and floors. This product effectively prevents the spread of fire, smoke, and hazardous gases through gaps or service penetrations such as cables, pipes, and ducting.

Fire resistance up to 4 hours (in accordance with BS 476 Part 20/22 and IS 12458)
Flexible for various sizes and shapes of gaps
Easy to apply and operate
Excellent adhesion
Lightweight with a density of approximately 1000 kg/m³ (± 5%)
Water-resistant, even after prolonged immersion in water (in accordance with CC 4767 – 2.4 test)
